Hatha yoga is a form of yoga, where the balance between body and spirit is reached through bodily exercises (Asanas), breath exercises (Pranayama) and through Meditation.
The training with the yoga board strengthens the trunk muscles, claims the deep muscles and is very efficient for strengthening the pelvic floor. With the board, the deep muscles can be strengthened much more efficiently than with yoga without a board.
