Inner Satisfaction
Samtosa means inner satisfaction. To accept the things as they are and not compare to others. Our spirit likes to jump from one thought to another. Among all the hopes, fears, doubts and wishes it is difficult to come to peace. With yoga we learn to keep the inner peace, regardless of the outside circumstances.

Strengthening your back and improving your mobility
Back and neck pain can be the result of improper body posture, exhaustion or stress. Yoga exercises offer a perfect balance and improve the mobility of the body.

Mental strengthening
In yoga one can learn to focus and keep the attention on one certain point and this also makes it noticeable in the everyday life. You can perceive your thoughts and feelings better and find their way back to your inner self. You learn how your thoughts pattern work and become more open with others.

A number of research studies have shown that yoga can heal not only feelings of stress and fear related to difficult periods of life, but also it helps to deal with stressful situations. By regular yoga practice you can learn to relax in your everyday life.

Yoga exercises, deep relaxation and meditation reduce stress hormones, the sleep quality improves and the sleep phases get extended. At the same time, yoga and meditation help fighting the diseases produced by insomnia, such as depression, posttraumatic stress syndrome, stressful fears etc.

Timetable
My life is shaped by going through different ways with people. My yoga classes are available for all people, picking up the people at that point where they currently are in their lives. I focus on back and neck exercises and prefer a meditative yoga style. Thanks to my long-termed work experience as a nurse my constant aim is an anatomically correct performance of the exercises.
I am fascinated by the essence of life and interaction of body, soul and spirit.
I am convinced that yoga can improve your life positively.
